Kalamata Olive ~ soft caramel with Kalamata olives, sea salt and olive oil
Fig and Port~ dark and milk chocolate ganache blended with a fig and Port wine reduction.
Pomegranate Rose ~ dark ganache with pomegranate puree and rose water
Baklava ~ walnut-almond praliné with milk chocolate, orange zest and sweet spices blended into a buttery salted caramel
Halva ~ crushed sesame seeds mixed with white chocolate and crunchy caramel, perfectly conveying the flavor and texture of its namesake
Bergamot ~ silky milk chocolate ganache with oil of bergamot
Dark, white and milk chocolate (cocoa beans,
sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), cane sugar, cream (milk), glucose, sesame seeds, walnuts, pomegranate puree, almonds, butter (milk), figs, olives, lemon juice, Port wine, olive oil, Tito’s Vodka (corn), Cognac (grape brandy), cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, sea salt, rose water, essential oil of bergamot. Decoration: cocoa butter and colors added. May contain: tree nuts, peanuts, and/or minimal levels of alcohol. Store in a dry, dark, cool place below 68°F and 55% RH.
Shipping Update:
We are returning to our normal lead times of two business days. These do not count Saturdays and Sundays or December 25 or January 1.
We may hold your order to ship the following week if there will be a break in consecutive transit days.

Scheduled Delivery:
Order now and select a future Fedex delivery date. The longest lead time is built into the calendar, so for fastest delivery do not put a delivery date.
Important Notices for Shipping Orders
- Our normal fulfillment lead time is two business days (Monday-Friday) from order placement date for Ground and Express Shipments.
- We wait to ship packages until the following week if they cannot delivered without a break in transit days, because they may be held in a non-temperature controlled environment.
- Requesting a delivery date faster than these guidelines does not guarantee arrival by your desired date.
- We are not liable for delays due to external factors like COVID, weather, incorrect addresses, closures, or FedEx operational issues.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive packages at warm destinations. We provide ice and insulation but cannot take responsibility for items left outside.
- For buildings without a doorman or an attendant, ensure the recipient is present to avoid theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
- For commercial addresses with a mailroom, confirm delivery with the recipient, as our responsibility ends once FedEx confirms delivery to the mailroom.

- Operating Monday through Friday.
- Serving Continental U.S. and Hawaii.
- FedEx email with tracking information upon shipment (check spam).
Weather Advisory:
- Check around your property for packages that may be displaced or buried in snow due to adverse weather.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice: If the temperature at the delivery destination is above 80 degrees F, please only choose Ground or Ground Home Delivery if the destination is in a one day transit zone. If the transit time to the destination is more than one day, choose Fedex Express Overnight Shipping options. We are not responsible if the package is delivered on time, but the contents is melted. We monitor the weather before we ship and pack with insulation and reusable ice packs as needed at no extra charge.
Multiple Address Shipping:
- Checkout once for multiple locations.
- Use the “Ship to multiple addresses” feature and configure gift messages for each.
Pickup Option:
- Order online and select "PICKUP" under Delivery Methods.
- Notification sent when ready, usually within 24 hours. Please wait for our email. If the 24 hour window falls outside of our opening hours your order should be ready the next business day.
Messenger Service:
- Please call to arrange delivery.
- May be sent the day after order placement.
- Ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.
