Mother's Day Shipping Notice: Place orders by Monday May 4 to ensure shipping for arrival by Mother's Day.
- Our normal fulfillment lead time is two business days from the order placement date for Ground and Express shipping, but may be longer during holidays, celebrations and cultural observances.
- Business days for shipping are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays.
- Pickups are available Monday-Saturday and are usually ready the next business day..
- We normally wait to ship packages until the following week if they cannot be delivered without a break in transit days. We may make exceptions during a holiday rush and when the weather is cold.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive packages at warm destinations. We provide ice and insulation but cannot take responsibility for items left outside.
- Please note that we are not responsible if packages are missing after FedEx or a messenger service confirms delivery. Please check for FedEx delivery notifications - do not realy on hearing the doorbell.
