Heart Nouveau ~ Vegan Victory 24-Piece Dark Collection
Our dark vegan chocolate assortment presented in our Heart Nouveau box has been updated from eight to 12 flavors by adding flavors from our vegan mixed assortment and adding a delicious new pistachio crunchy white chocolate gianduja, which will replace the dark ganache with single malt scotch. Our Hudson Whiskey NY Bourbon flavor is still in the mix and has been transformed into a rich vegan milk ganache enhanced with maple syrup. And we’ve added colorful designs and accents. All ingredients used are vegan, and also natural or organic, and do not contain preservatives or artificial flavors. We use the terms vegan 'milk' and vegan 'white' chocolate for familiarity, but these are confections made with almonds instead of dairy milk. The sugar used is cruelty-free.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), vegan milk and white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, Madagascan cocoa beans, almond flour, ground almonds, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), almond milk (water, almonds, cane sugar, calcium carbonate, sunflower lecithin, sea salt, guar gum, natural flavor, gellan gum, potassium citrate), vegan butter (coconut oil, cocoa butter, water, safflower oil, sugar, sunflower lecithin, natural flavors, sea salt, carotene), organic coconut oil, glucose, cane sugar, strawberries, amarena cherries, strawberry purée, cherry purée, hazelnuts, pistachios, passion fruit purée, almonds, coconut purée, black currant purée, raspberry purée, kumquat purée, cocoa butter, maple syrup, espresso, grated coconut, bourbon, apple pectin, lemon juice, vodka (added to preserve freshness), rice cracker (rice flour, sucrose ester emulsifier), sea salt, vanilla, cardamom, almond extract. Decoration: cocoa butter with natural color added. Store in a cool place below 68° F and 55% RH.

- We generally fulfill orders within two days business days from order placement date for Ground and Express shipments, excluding Saturday and Sunday, and holidays. Lead times ay be longer during peak seasons, holidays, celebrations, and/or inclement weather.
- We wait to ship packages until the following week if they cannot delivered without a break in transit days, because they may be held in a non-temperature controlled environment. When the weather is cold, we may make exceptions at our discretion.
- Requesting a delivery date faster than these guidelines does not guarantee arrival by your desired date.
- We are not liable for delays due to external factors like COVID, weather, incorrect addresses, closures, or FedEx operational issues. Transit times may be longer than usual during the holidays.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive packages. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after Fedex confirms delivery. For warm destinations, we provide ice and insulation, but cannot take responsibility for items that are left outside and melt.
- For buildings without a doorman or an attendant, ensure the recipient is present to avoid theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
- For commercial addresses with a mailroom, confirm delivery with the recipient, as FedEx's responsibility for delivery ends once it confirms delivery to the mailroom.
- We generally ship Monday through Friday.
- We ship throughout the Continental U.S. including Alaska, and Hawaii.
- You will receive a FedEx email with tracking information upon shipment (check for spam).
Weather Advisory:
- Check around your property for packages that may be displaced due to adverse weather conditions.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice: If the temperature at the delivery destination is above 80 degrees F, please only choose Ground or Ground Home Delivery if the destination is in a one day transit zone. If the transit time to the destination is more than one day, choose Fedex Express Overnight Shipping options. Please make sure someone is at the address to receive the package. We are not responsible if the package is delivered on time, but the contents is melted. We monitor the weather before we ship and pack with insulation and reusable ice packs as needed at no extra charge.
Multiple Address Shipping:
- Checkout once for multiple locations.
- Use the “Ship to multiple addresses” feature and configure gift messages for each.
Pickup Option:
- Order online and select "PICKUP" under Delivery Methods.
- Notification sent when ready, usually within 24 hours. Please wait for our email. If the 24 hour window falls outside of our opening hours your order should be ready the next business day.
Messenger Service:
- Please call to arrange delivery.
- May be sent the day after order placement.
- Ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.
