Our Milk Moderne collection is now available in our new Heart Nouveau box inspired by Art Nouveau floral designs. The original six flavor have been expanded to twelve and now represent the breadth of confectionery treats that we make, from ganaches, to caramels, to pralinés, to marzipan - and even to our Wild Strawberry Balsamic and Cherry Vanilla Cordials! Banane Flambée ~ soft caramel ~ smooth caramel with bananas and Courvoisier Cognac, reminiscent of Bananas Foster
Peanut Pizzazz ~ crunchy praliné ~ salted peanut paste with milk chocolate and caramel brittle
Bazar ~ marzipan ~ our delicious house made almond marzipan freshly made from premium almonds
Kashmir Spice ~ silky truffle ~ milk chocolate ganache with cardamom, cinnamon and cloves
Never Too Lait ~ silky truffle ~ straight, dark milk chocolate ganache
Baby ~ silky truffle ~ dark milk chocolate ganache laced with local Hudson Baby Bourbon

Salted Caramel - our luscious semi-liquid sea salted caramel
Milk and dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla), cream, cane sugar, butter, glucose, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, raspberry, strawberry, banana purée, Amarena cherry, Morello cherry purée, espresso, lemon juice, Hudson Whiskey NY Bourbon, Tito's Vodka, Courvoisier Cognac, balsamic vinegar, salt, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, almond extract, ascorbic acid, sunflower oil. Decoration: cocoa butter with color added.
Allergens: Milk, almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts. Some pieces contain minimal alcohol.
They are made in a facility where milk, tree nuts (almonds, cashews, coconut, hazelnuts, macadamia, pistachios, walnuts), peanuts, and sesame are present.
Store in a dry, dark, cool place away from direct light.
Best if enjoyed 3 months from date of purchase.
VALENTINE'S DAY SHIPPING DEADLINE
To make sure your order arrives by February 14, please order by midnight Thursday, February 6. This applies to Fedex Ground and Express shipping options. Your order will ship by Tuesday February 11.

This deadline does not apply to Pickup orders. You can continue to place orders for Pickup as usual. The current Pickup lead time is two business days. The lead time will be updated throughout the next week on each Product Page and at Checkout when you select the Pickup option.
THESE GUIDELINES SUPERSEDE OUR NORMAL SHIPPING POLICY LEAD TIMES.
General Shipping, Pick Up and Messenger Policy:
Scheduled Delivery:
Order now and select a future Fedex delivery date. The longest lead time is built into the calendar, so for fastest delivery do not put a delivery date.
Important Notices for Shipping Orders
- Our normal fulfillment lead time is two business days (Monday-Friday) from order placement date for Ground and Express Shipments.
- We wait to ship packages until the following week if they cannot delivered without a break in transit days, because they may be held in a non-temperature controlled environment.
- Requesting a delivery date faster than these guidelines does not guarantee arrival by your desired date.
- We are not liable for delays due to external factors like COVID, weather, incorrect addresses, closures, or FedEx operational issues.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive packages at warm destinations. We provide ice and insulation but cannot take responsibility for items left outside.
- For buildings without a doorman or an attendant, ensure the recipient is present to avoid theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
- For commercial addresses with a mailroom, confirm delivery with the recipient, as our responsibility ends once FedEx confirms delivery to the mailroom.
FedEx Shipping:
- Operating Monday through Friday.
- Serving Continental U.S. and Hawaii.
- FedEx email with tracking information upon shipment (check spam).
Weather Advisory:
- Check around your property for packages that may be displaced or buried in snow due to adverse weather.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice: If the temperature at the delivery destination is above 80 degrees F, please only choose Ground or Ground Home Delivery if the destination is in a one day transit zone. If the transit time to the destination is more than one day, choose Fedex Express Overnight Shipping options. We are not responsible if the package is delivered on time, but the contents is melted. We monitor the weather before we ship and pack with insulation and reusable ice packs as needed at no extra charge.
Multiple Address Shipping:
- Checkout once for multiple locations.
- Use the “Ship to multiple addresses” feature and configure gift messages for each.
Pickup Option:
- Order online and select "PICKUP" under Delivery Methods.
- Notification sent when ready, usually within 24 hours. Please wait for our email. If the 24 hour window falls outside of our opening hours your order should be ready the next business day.
Messenger Service:
- Please call to arrange delivery.
- May be sent the day after order placement.
- Ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.
