Dark and milk chocolate {cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, butter (milk), sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla}, cream (milk),cane sugar, butter (milk), hazelnuts, pomegranate purée, walnuts, almonds, inverted sugar, cocoa butter, espresso, lemon juice, Tito’s Vodka (to preserve freshness), vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, sea salt, orange oil, rose water, cornstarch. Deco: cocoa butter, sugar, coconut oil, milk powder, titanium dioxide, soy lecithin, and/or Red#40, Yellow #5 or #6, Blue # 1 or #2, or carmine.

They are made in a facility where milk, tree nuts (almonds, cashews, coconut, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts), peanuts, and sesame are present.

EASTER ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Easter items will be available for shipping beginning March 17, and likewise, any orders that include Easter items will begin shipping on March 17.
- The deadline for placing orders for the Easter that falls on April 5th is March 27.
- The deadline for placing orders for the Easter that falls on April 12th is April 3.
General Terms and Conditions:
- We generally fulfill orders within two days business days from order placement date for Ground and Express shipments, excluding Saturday and Sunday, and holidays. Lead times ay be longer during peak seasons, holidays, celebrations, and/or inclement weather.
- We wait to ship packages until the following week if they cannot delivered without a break in transit days, because they may be held in a non-temperature controlled environment. When the weather is cold, we may make exceptions at our discretion.
- Requesting a delivery date faster than these guidelines does not guarantee arrival by your desired date.
- We are not liable for delays due to external factors like COVID, weather, incorrect addresses, closures, or FedEx operational issues. Transit times may be longer than usual during the holidays.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive packages. We are not responsible for packages that are most or stolen after Fedex confirms delivery. For warm destinations, we provide ice and insulation, but cannot take responsibility for items that are left outside and melt.
- For buildings without a doorman or an attendant, ensure the recipient is present to avoid theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
- For commercial addresses with a mailroom, confirm delivery with the recipient, as FedEx's responsibility for delivery ends once it confirms delivery to the mailroom.
- We generally ship Monday through Friday.
- We ship throughout the Continental U.S. including Alaska, and Hawaii.
- You will receive a FedEx email with tracking information upon shipment (check for spam).
Weather Advisory:
- Check around your property for packages that may be displaced due to adverse weather conditions.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice: If the temperature at the delivery destination is above 80 degrees F, please only choose Ground or Ground Home Delivery if the destination is in a one day transit zone. If the transit time to the destination is more than one day, choose Fedex Express Overnight Shipping options. We are not responsible if the package is delivered on time, but the contents is melted. We monitor the weather before we ship and pack with insulation and reusable ice packs as needed at no extra charge.
Multiple Address Shipping:
- Checkout once for multiple locations.
- Use the “Ship to multiple addresses” feature and configure gift messages for each.
Pickup Option:
- Order online and select "PICKUP" under Delivery Methods.
- Notification sent when ready, usually within 24 hours. Please wait for our email. If the 24 hour window falls outside of our opening hours your order should be ready the next business day.
Messenger Service:
- Please call to arrange delivery.
- May be sent the day after order placement.
- Ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.
